Today I want to bring you the final instalment of my three part session at the Christian Home Educator’s Convention which we held three weeks ago. The title of my workshop was, “Are you Discipling or just Home Schooling.” In the first session I shared a bit my personal journey with my own family. In the second part I talked more about the contrasting goals of the public school system here in British Columbia as compared to our Christian perspective of life and education. In this week’s conclusion you will get the heart of my message about setting goals of discipleship for our children. Keep in mind that these principles are valid for both the home schooler and the traditional campus school family.
